– All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the UGM Leadership Institute for Entrepreneurs.
– Requests received at least 7 days prior to the workshop start date will be eligible for a refund after deducting 10% of the total fee as administrative charges.
– Requests received within 7 days of the event start date will not be eligible for any refund.
– Failure to attend the workshop without prior written notice will be considered a ‘no-show.’
– No refunds or transfers will be allowed in case of a no-show.
– If the organizers cancel the workshop for any reason, registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee.
– If the workshop is rescheduled, participants will have the option to either:
a) Transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.
b) Request a full refund.
– Registrations are non-transferable to another individual without prior written approval from the organizers.
– In exceptional cases, with written consent, transfer to another participant may be permitted.
– Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration.
– Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
– In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify the workshop.
– In such cases, participants will be informed promptly and given the option of either transferring their registration to a future event or requesting a refund as per organizer discretion.
