1. Registration and Payment

• Registration for the Disciplined Entrepreneurship 2-Day Workshop is considered valid only upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Payments must be made through the approved payment gateways (Razorpay) linked to the official registration page.
  • Early-bird and promotional discounts (if applicable) are valid only within the specified time frame and are non-negotiable.
  • All registrations are non-transferable unless prior written consent is obtained from UGM Leadership Institute for Entrepreneurs.

2. Event Modifications

• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, change the venue, or modify the format of the event in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, health advisories, or other force majeure situations).
  • Any changes will be communicated in advance via the registered email address provided at the time of registration.

3. Participant Conduct

• All participants are expected to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respectful behavior throughout the workshop.
  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
  • Participants agree to use workshop materials solely for personal learning and not for unauthorized distribution or resale.

4. Use of Website and Data

• By registering online, participants agree to the use of the official website (https://life.ugmission.org) in compliance with all terms, policies, and privacy guidelines.
  • Personal information collected during registration (such as name, email, phone, billing details) will be used only for purposes related to the event, such as confirmations, updates, and post-event follow-up.
  • UGM Leadership Institute for Entrepreneurs will not sell, rent, or disclose participant data to third parties, except as required for payment processing or by law.
  • Website users are prohibited from attempting unauthorized access, data scraping, or misuse of content hosted on the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

• All training content, presentations, and materials provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of UGM Leadership Institute for Entrepreneurs and/or its partners.
  • Participants are granted a limited license to use the materials for personal learning purposes only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the workshop content without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund and Cancellation

• Refund and cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the registration website.
  • No refunds will be issued after the event has commenced.
  • In the event of organizer-led cancellation, full refunds will be initiated to all registered participants.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• UGM Leadership Institute for Entrepreneurs shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop.
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal belongings during the event.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
